Almost underway on Seagull/Sag. It is May 1st. I got the first permit. The rangers said they had flown over Sag and if I could get around the ice the rest of the lakes were clear. Viewed: 570 times.

This was to be a 10 day bisection of the Hunters Island, west to Kashawpiwi Creek chain of lakes, south and then back the border to Sag. Viewed: 502 times.

Temp dropped quite a bit. I burned a bunch of wood. First day of the trip only went about 5 miles, I was kind of approaching a 'bored' state, I'm not sure I've never been 'bored'. Viewed: 500 times.
